How do I place my order?

Give us a call 1-401-787-8226 or send an email to info@five-ink.com with your order. If you have artwork, please attach it to the order email or advise if we need to create it. Once all the details are set, you’ll receive a mock-up of the item(s) you’re purchasing. You can then approve it or make changes. If (quantity, additional imprint colors, or quicker shipping) is needed, we will advise you of any additional charges. There are no charges for reorders or setup. We will not go to production without your final approval!

What kind of artwork can I send? And what if I don't have artwork?

Ideally, send us your artwork in a PDF/A file format.

Don’t have art? Just tell us what you’re thinking, and we’ll work with you to create it; other promotional product companies charge for these services, and we provide this service at no charge.

Do you keep my art on file?

Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products easy.

Where do I send my artwork?

Reply and attach it to your order email; we’ll take it from there.

Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?

Yes! Keep in mind, however, that in some cases, there is an additional charge for this service to get the specialized ink if an exact match is required. There are also a few products where exact PMS matching isn’t possible due to the limitations of the imprinting process. If you don’t need an exact match but want us to be ‘as close as possible’ – we’ll take care of it. Just let us know which colors we should work towards in the ‘additional comments’ section in the order process.

How fast will I get my order?

Production times are generally 14 business days. If you need an item faster than the production time shown or have any questions, contact us – we will work to accommodate you.

Can I ship on my shipping account?

Yes.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept checks and all major credit cards.

Can you Charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?

We ‘authorize’ your card once your order is ready for production, but we do not collect the funds until your order ships.
